Great walking access to ASU, the Tempe Town Lake Area, Sundevil Stadium and Mill Avenue. There are many local golf courses, shopping area, hiking opportunities, and entertainment in the nearby vicinity. The Spring Training ballparks can be accessed easily by personal car or cab. The Valley Metro Light Rail is located very close by and provides great access to much of downtown Phoenix entertainment (Chase Field - home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, museums, US Airway Center - home of the Phoenix Suns). This condo comes furnished and has 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds & two full baths. Wifi and two flat screen TVs. Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. Both bedrooms & bathrooms are located upstairs inside the condo. There is a community pool (NOT heated). A covered picnic pavilion and two outdoor grills are available for use in the commons area. Owner pays monthly HOA fee that includes water and garbage pick-up/recycling. Tenant pays monthly electric, cable/satellite and WiFi.
