The first floor is almost entirely open with a dining and living room that is combined and spans from the front to the back of the condo. This open layout is sought-after for entertaining and offers flexible floor plans, layout options, and large furniture. The dining area is large enough for a family table just outside the efficient kitchen. The kitchen comes with all the appliances including a dishwasher. The living room is highlighted by the large wood fireplace and access through a slider to an elevated deck. The slider provides terrific natural light that brightens the entire first floor. The deck is oversize for a condo and offers some outdoor living space. Although the condo has central air, a favorite is to leave the slider open for a wonderful breeze throughout most of the warm seasons. The entire condo has just gone through a professional paint job and all new flooring (updated pictures to come, current pictures are from before). The condo feels fresh and new and is spotless clean. Upstairs are two above average size bedrooms with tremendous closet space. An entire wall is made of closets. The full bath is in between the two bedrooms with a shower/tub combo. The condo looks out onto Strawberry Hills Open Space. This location is a very scenic, country setting, and peaceful spot, yet still close to highways and shopping.
