This condo puts you within walking distance or a short ride to the most famous must-see places in New Orleans. Explore the vibrant St. Charles Ave, just half a block away, and the famous Magazine St, offering amazing restaurants and local flavors. Hop on the St. Charles Streetcar for a direct route to the French Quarter, or enjoy a fun night out at Harrah's New Orleans casino, located a mile from your condo. The condo requires climbing stairs. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, with a $200 fine for violators. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact management before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
