No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, with a $200 fine for violators. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses.
