Gatherings of more than six people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. The property enforces quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, with violators subject to a $200 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violators facing a $500 fine.
