The house is located on East 13th St and Navasota. 15-20 minute walk Target/Whole Foods, East 6th street and tons of restaurants nearby as well as yoga studios. Walkable to Moody center and UT campus. Living room features high ceilings, windows facing all directions, smart 55’’ TV, and a comfy couch. Large kitchen with quartz countertops, brand new appliances with Mega fridge,, large pantry, and all essential cooking supplies. Washer and dryer in house. The house is beautifully decorated with a boho international theme. Outdoor space features 3 decks with couches and chairs, and an outdoor grille. We are turning the garage into a workout space and adding a cold plunge.

The room comes fully furnished with a king memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, dresser, 2 nightstands and lamps, and a desk to work from home, and a beautiful hanging pothos plant. Large floor to ceiling windows face west with vaulted ceilings. Room is on the 3rd floor isolated from the rest of the house with a large private balcony that feels like you are living in a tree house. Private bathroom features two sinks and a walk-in shower. Room has own thermostat.

Ryan, I’m 25, from the Bay Area, and went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I run a short-term rental management company full-time, and when I’m not working, I’m probably hanging with friends or playing some kind of sport. I like staying active and always up for new adventures. Also, I like to keep my spaces very clean.
Pat, 30, originally from New Jersey and went to Virginia Tech. Worked in investment banking, VC, and is now the head of finance for a large startup in the media space. Very social, hosts a tech happy hour once a month. Enjoys morning yoga at Black Swan, grabbing a beer with friends, living life to the fullest. Very clean and looking for roommates who are down to earth and help make each other better.
Jack, 26, originally from the UK. Have worked all of the world including Dubai but now call Austin home. I run a founders group in Austin, plugging startups with 500+ members. My focus is on a new startup and helping scale. When I’m not in the office you can find me at the gym or reading a good book.
