Feel at home in this enchanting 1,176 sqft retreat in Pooler, featuring a custom-stylized Bohemian aesthetic and a serene outdoor patio with a fire pit and corn hole. This home offers a well-appointed main living area with a plush leather couch, a designer linen lounge, and a 65-inch OLED curved SMART Samsung TV. The dining area comfortably seats six. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full cookware set and a coffee station with stainless steel appliances. A single-car garage houses a full washer and dryer. Three bedrooms are appointed with SMART flatscreen TVs, nightstands with charging stations, bedside lamps, soft rugs, and blackout curtains. The first bedroom features two twin beds, and the guest bathroom has a full tub. The queen bedroom offers a simple, elegant design. The king bedroom boasts a king-size mattress, a private workspace desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a full tub. A single-car garage is available for parking, and additional parking can fit two vehicles in the driveway. Off-street parking may be available on a case-by-case basis. Pets are welcome in the fully fenced backyard. Optional add-ons include 'The Bonafide Package' for $72, which includes s'mores essentials, firewood, fire starter, marshmallow skewers, and a colored flames kit. Grocery delivery is available for $35 plus the cost of goods. 'The Romance Package' is available for $225 and includes a private photographer photo session, a flower bouquet, and a chocolates assortment. A charcoal grill is available on a bring-your-own-charcoal basis. Located in the rapidly growing city of Pooler, this home is a skip away from the beach's allure and Savannah's rich history. Pooler offers modern malls and luxury entertainment, with historic Savannah just a 15-20 minute drive away and Tybee Island beaches a 40-50 minute drive. The home is conveniently located 6 miles from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. This is a non-smoking property, with a $200 fine for any indoor smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Absolutely no parties are tolerated, and a $200 fine will be enforced for parties, trash, damage, disrespect of the property, or gatherings with unapproved guests. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine per pet, with an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per pet for 1-30 night stays and $150 per pet for 31+ day stays. Messes from pets may result in a fine of up to $500. An additional fee of $75 will be charged if guests vacate more than thirty minutes past the 10 AM check-out time. If possession is held for more than two additional hours, an additional day's stay will be charged. A $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. A $50 fine will be accrued for not allowing maintenance staff to enter during a reservation. Damaging the keyless entry system will incur a $75 fee. Guests agree that any damage to the property caused by them is their responsibility for total repair costs. Breaking any house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. The primary bedroom features a private workspace with a desk, a cozy chair, and high-speed internet. The home can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests on traditional mattresses, plus 4 additional guests on provided blow-up beds. Sheets are not provided for blow-up beds but can be provided upon request.
