This is a very large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mother in law basement apartment (2000 sq ft) with a separate private entrance through your own garage entrance (no need to walk to the back of the house like most basement apartments). We are currently renovating the ENTIRE apartment with NEW flooring, NEW insulated/soundproof ceilings, NEW bathroom, fixtures, etc! (Pictures do not reflect new updates) Lots of natural lighting and high ceilings with a full kitchen and dining area. Huge private deck to relax on in the warmer weather. Washer and dryer are included. Large office/storage room as well as garage storage available for bikes and more. Two off-street parking spaces in the driveway are provided as well as street parking. Quick access to the Jordan River trail, surrounding parks, shops and highway. Two people living upstairs with no dogs. Willing to partially furnish for an additional fee if desired.
