Located at heart of spring-garden art neighborhood.(Directly across from the PhilaMOCA). This lovely apartment has a lot of characters and features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathrooms. There are nice tile floors throughout the kitchen and living area with a decorative fireplace and mantle which adds a lot of character to the space. Numerous large windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight;. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, electric stove and ample cabinet/counter space.
