Located just east of downtown, this apartment is close to Austin's hotspots, including downtown (0.6 miles), Rainey Street (0.6 miles), and the Eastside Station (0.6 miles). It is also a short distance from UT Campus (3 miles) and The Domain (12 miles). Enjoy easy access to kayaking on the river, Rainey Street, 6th Street, Whole Foods, and many of Austin's best restaurants. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Please keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in its original position. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property; please do not tamper with them. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings.
