Current residents: Two active, middle aged, young at heart music lovers. The two of us have been here for 2.5 years. I’m a (female) mental health professional with a hybrid work schedule of at home/virtual and out of the home community-based services. The other resident (male) is a friend, artist, musician, and home-renovator who resides in the basement apartment. A third part-time resident is also a mental health clinician and has a friendly dog. We are seeking a professional individual (possibly 2) to be part of a co-housing arrangement that fosters both a quiet professional setting and a friendly after-hours space. This is a warm environment where friends are welcome and connections are made. It's a perfect home for entertaining and working on projects both indoor and outdoor. If you're seeking a supportive community, a flexible work environment, and a home where your creativity can flourish, this may be your place. The vibe is chill. Our lifestyle leans liberal, fostering an environment of inclusivity, empathy, and respect for all. We are not especially politically motivated but it’s ok if you are. However, peaceful energy is paramount here, so aggressive behavior—whether it's aggressive liberal activism or otherwise—is not the vibe.
