About This Home
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sits on a large wooded lot at the end of a quiet street adjoining a creekside park. The new kitchen can be a hub of daily life -- it is a joy to work in and share with friends. Every room in the house has a sightline out to a beautiful natural view. There is an abundance of wildlife around us and there is always something to see in every season. The patio and deck are like a treehouse in the woods (with an outdoor kitchen featuring a wood-fired oven). We use it constantly throughout the warm months as our outdoor living room, office, and kitchen. We love being at the end of the street. It feels very private to us, but we also get to enjoy being in a neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Despite the secluded feel, the home is minutes away from the UM campus and downtown Ann Arbor, readily accessible by bike or public transportation. We are also close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and highway access. Detroit Metro airport is a 25-minute drive away. The home has central air, a gas fireplace, and a backup generator. Wifi/cable/internet are included. The home is available as a furnished rental beginning around July 1 (with flexibility on the start date) for the full 2025-26 academic year or for the fall 2025 semester.
