The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 120 Oakley
I love living at Oak Park the neighbors are friendly great manager and maintenance. I love it here you could grill over here as well. I've been living here 5yrs.and counting
With rent prices these days, it's hard to find a place to love that's both budget-friendly and great to live in. I've lived here for 1.5 years and don't plan on moving unless I need to live out of state. I've had a few problems here and there, but they've been taken care of almost immediately by the great staff there. North Nashville can be sketchy at times, but I have never once feared for my safety.
I was here from 2014-2017, thee years and have nothing to complain. They keep the apartments in good condition, perform quarterly inspections and make sure everything works. If you have a problem, the property management (Jim) takes care of it right away. I have known Jim and he's an awesome guy. Do his duty in timely manner and is polite and cordial. Also, Shannon who's handling the property does an tremendous job. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a great place in booming Nashville, this is the place.
The people that work here are fabulous. Very nice and down to earth. Quick to take care of any issues. The best bang for your buck apartment in Nashville. Very serviceable apartments and close to anything you need to get to in Nashville. I can’t imagine a better value in town within the city limits
It's been a great three years. Excellent management. Fast maintenance. Convenient to work downtown.
Oak Park Apartments are amazing. It's a very quiet neighborhood. The landlord and maintenance man are both very friendly. They get work done in a fast manor. I love Oak Park Apartments.
