Both the Diamond Peak Ski Resort shuttle bus as well as the TART (Tahoe Regional) bus stops are just steps from your door. The Tunnel Creek Trail (which will take you up to the Tahoe Rim Trail) is a 5 minute bike ride from your door. This room has a spacious double-door closet. • Upstairs bedroom 3 is a loft-style bedroom with door that overlooks the living/dining area. This room has a skylight that opens, and a bunkbed with full size lower and single upper mattresses. There's an oversized 3-door closet in this bedroom. • Bathrooms - downstairs is a bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Upstairs is a bathroom with single vanity and shower. • Included are 2 parking permits in the ample lot adjacent to the building. • Did I mention location? From the front door, it’s truly a 4 minute walk to Ski Beach, 5 minutes to Incline Beach, and 5 minutes to the Rec Center, Tennis Center, and Frisbee Golf course as well as the new Bike Park / Pump Track. The wonderful 3 mile long walking path along Lakeshore Blvd is a half-block away, and that leads to the new East Shore Trail - you can easily walk or bike to Sand Harbor. In addition, the TART Bus and the Diamond Peak Ski shuttle bus both stop in front of the complex. You really won’t find a better location with 3 bedrooms, furnished, for the price in Incline Village! • Application is electronic and available online (includes credit and background check) & rent must also be paid online monthly. • Pets are negotiable, subject to HOA rules, and will require additional deposit. • There is no-smoking / no vaping whatsoever inside the unit. • Utilities are not included (water/sewer, gas, electric, internet, etc. will be set up in tenant’s name, unless the lease is shorter than 6 months). • This unit comes with a total of 3 IVGID passes valid for all Incline Village private amenities: private beach access, discounts at Recreation Center, Tennis Center, Diamond Peak Ski resort, and the Championship and Mountain Golf courses. • Available for move-in starting June 16 with flexible lease terms. Our goal is a 1 year lease that ends May 31, 2025 but we are open to discussing other options. A multi-year lease may be considered if desired. Monthly rent $3495 is applicable for a lease of at least 1 year (shorter term will be higher - contact me with your proposed lease duration).
