About This Property

This unit is located in the Old North End of Colorado Springs. The views of Pikes Peak are beautiful from the south and west facing windows. The Monument Valley Trail can be accessed just 2 blocks away. This is a beautifully remodeled and updated studio apartment over the top of the detached two car garage. There is room for a king bed, small table and chairs, couch, desk, and dressers. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a large shower and a new vanity (not shown in the picture). The kitchen has a small dishwasher, smaller refrigerator, a microwave/oven, and a 2 burner hot plate for cooking. The nook area can be used for a table and chairs or a storage cabinet for extra kitchen appliances or food. There are 2 closets in this unit, both are deep for extra storage. Another corner has a door leading to attic space for even more storage. The washer and dryer are located in the common area of the basement of the main house. This washer and dryer room is for both the studio apartment tenant and the basement apartment tenant to share. The backyard is also a shared space and can be used to relax outside. The parking is located in front of the main house on the street with a short walk around the house to the garage apartment located in the back. The internet is fiber optic and comes with the apartment along with all utilities.
