We provide monthly cleaning service for the common area of the house and each tenant to pay $30 a month for this service. Very convenient location, easy access to Storrow Drive, I-90 and bus to downtown, and green and red T stations. Short Walk to Harvard engineering school and Harvard business school. First floor large bedroom with exclusive use and one full bathroom is also available for rent for the same price.
