Badly kept & badly managed
Don't be fooled by the chandelier in the lobby. This building is falling apart. Lots of water damage and MOLD! No insulation, so it's very drafty in winter. Rickety elevator is out of service a lot. Owner never repairs anything.

Lousy building
The owner never repairs anything. They keep doing cosmetic improvements to make the building look a little nicer in pictures (like putting stupid chandeliers in the lobby), but won't fix things like our washer that's been broken for 6 months!

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY
The building has a mold problem. Nothing is included in the rent. You have to pay for electic, heat and hot water. The building is very dirty. The super does not clean/take care of the building and is very rude/nasty. The entrance to the building smells like urine and there is bird dropping everywhere. The entire building smells like marijuana.
