The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of approval. Southeast Eugene is the southernmost neighborhood of Eugene and is located just a few minutes from downtown and the University of Oregon. The northern part of the neighborhood has a cluster of apartments suitable for students. The other parts of Southeast Eugene are made up of permanent residences centered around the Rexius Trail.
