Good place to live but could be better!

The apartment is a cute and nicely placed in brentwood CA, but it does lack a few things. For starters, our rent was placed at a fair price but shot up to almost a third more in price the following year. There is only one parking space and street parking is both a chore and difficult to find. The location is great as you can walk to the whole foods and other small shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is clean and feels safe. It also gets very hot in the summer heat and the AC only cools off the main living area. In all, it is a cute place if your needing somewhere to stay for a short period of time.
