About This Home
Really nice 1 bed 1 bath apartment in the Old North End for rent. There is a lovely yard in the back, as well as a small porch at the back entrance. The layout is quite open - it flows from the dining room to the living room to the bedroom, which you enter through French doors. These three rooms all have continuous, recently-retored hardwood floors. There are los of windows and plenty of natural light throughout. The bedroom is quite spacious - plenty of room to work from home. The kitchen has a compact and very fucntionally-designed cooking space. There is lots of storage: overhead cabinets and two closets. There is a hallway with another closet leading to the bathroom. The bathroom has been recently refreshed with new flooring, ceiling, vanity, and medicine cabinet. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. You will find lots of storage in the large, (relatively) clean and dry basement. You also have a screened-in porch with access to the front side of the house. There is a driveway which can fit 3 cars. Heat, water, and trash removal are included, so the tenant only pays rent, electric and internet. I listed 9/12 as the move-in date but it may be ready before then. Please reach out through email or call/text with any questions! -Drew

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
