About This Property
Hello, We have a great two-bedroom apartment available now in our quaint 14-unit complex, which features stainless steel appliances and hardwood (laminate) floors. Just as important, your potential apartment manager maintains a calm and chill environment for his residents. The unit, located a few blocks East of downtown Mar Vista and a few blocks West of Culver City, is ready for move-in. Please Note: 1) We don't allow pets unless they serve a medical purpose and you have the original paperwork for them. 2) The apartment currently does not have a parking space. There is a short waiting list for a parking space, but we can't promise when one will become available. 3) Application/background check fees are $35 per adult applicant. We use our own third-party service and can't accept your independent credit reports. 4) All residents must pass a background/credit check and be on the lease before moving in. 5) The lease is for one year. No exceptions. 6) Mar Vista is a rent-controlled area, so get in now before these property values go even higher. 7) Email me for the fastest response (I have another 9-5 job). Thanks and have a chill day, Jason
