Looking for someone to takeover my apartment lease that I signed in May 2017. Ive recently moved to New York for a job and therefore no one is living in my apartment in Austin. Ive only lived in that apartment for 1 and a half months just me and my dog. The reason why I moved into this neighborhood is because of safety, convenience, and quietness. Safety Gated community, very family friendly neighborhood. Convenience This apartment complex is well established and stable, the maintenance crew is on point never disappoints me, the office staffs goes beyond to help me, my friend Garrett works there and he is really helpful. The location is in the middle of everything, nothing too far away. Quietness Ive been living there for a month and a half, the thought of disturbance never came across my mind. And I also have this deal with the apartment complex that I could transfer my lease to a 2 bedroom apartment without paying a lease transfer fee.
