Unit has a high end energy efficient dishwasher in a large kitchen with plenty of room for cooking. Unit does have washer and dryer hook ups. The large living room leads to the large porch thru the sliding doors. Taller hand rails afford some privacy for morning coffee and reading. Covered parking and gutters insure comfort inside and out. Great property owner with references from previous tenants. Unlike many landlords I put a focus on keeping my units in great condition and my tenants happy. Only equally great tenants need apply. 1st and lasts months rent due up front. Deposit can be payed out over the 1st two months of occupancy.
