About 115 E 102nd St New York, NY 10029
2-12 month rental with minimal paperwork. The apartment building is newly renovated and the unit is on the second floor of a walk-up. Utilities are around $150/month (gas, electric, Netflix, internet, etc) which you pay for. There is a $300 non-refundable charge for pets. There is no broker or paperwork fees, just the rent + utilities and 1-month security deposit. My apartment is 2 blocks from the Subway, Central Park and Mount Sinai. 24-min to Times Square, Grand Central, Yankee Stadium and Queens. Near the Metropolitan, Guggenheim and City Museums. The same train to the Statue of Liberty/Wall Street. Working professors live here. It's walkable at night, quiet and vibrant. You’ll love staying because of the amazing SleepNumber bed, high ceilings and love and care that has gone into my home. Stocked kitchen, phone chargers, coffee press, computer, hand-drawn art and 100-in projector w/ Netflix. Close to LGA, JFK and EWR airports. This is for the entire apartment.

From its murals to its famous taquerias (where you’ll find New York’s best tacos), East Harlem is considered one of New York’s hottest neighborhoods. You might hear East Harlem referred to as Spanish Harlem or El Barrio, but no matter what you call this trendy neighborhood, it’s an ideal location that’s still affordable by Manhattan standards.
East Harlem is located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, extending from 96th Street north to the Harlem River, and from 5th Avenue east to the river. The northern section of Central Park, which includes the Museum of the City of New York, Fort Clinton, the Conservatory Garden, and the Butterfly Gardens of Central Park, sits directly across 5th Avenue from the neighborhood. Getting around Manhattan is quick and easy from East Harlem – the subway runs through East Harlem and contains several stations extending from 96th Street to 126th Street.
