All guests must be registered and maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed and the host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue or paint is allowed and any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice and guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay and excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur and while we try to notify guests in advance, we cannot control or refund for external noise from neighboring activity.
