Students are always walking (or scootering) past the house, commuting from Crowne on 10th Apartments. This large room has a deep closet, a window unit for heating and cooling, hardwood floors and high ceilings. You'll share a full kitchen, large bathroom with 2 others, living room, dining room, laundry room with the other people living here. Everyone is very quiet and stays to themselves. There are currently young 20-something guys in the 3 occupied rooms and there are 2 rooms available. We've had young women live here before so they are comfortable with that, but that will depend on your comfort level! Everyone who lives here is required a $29 background and credit check so we can make sure that new and existing occupants are safe. No parties, no smoking, no pets. Only 1 person can live in a room.
