Home to UCLA, Westwood lies on the west side of the city and is considered to be one of Los Angeles’ premier neighborhoods. Bordered by Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, and Century City, multimillion dollar homes populate the landscape and students pay a premium to rent near campus.

Look Elsewhere

If you want to hear your neighbors every conversation word for word, this apartment is for you. If you want to hear every footstep, and item dropping on the floor incessantly, this apartment is for you. If you want to live in an outdated establishment that has not seen any renovations since it was built in the 1950s, this place is for you. If you want to be without heat in the winter, despite asking for the heater to be replaced, this place is for you. Initially poor communication from the property manager, however he was replaced. Current property manager is quick to respond. Probably ok apt if you live on the top floor. Otherwise, do not waste your money, as you are not getting what you are paying for. Pros: Close to UCLA.

Quiet, but Accessible Westwood Apartment

If you want the charm and solitude of a suburb, with access to Westwood and the rest of Los Angeles, this is the perfect apartment complex. It isn't shiny and new, but the price is right.
