There are two other rented properties in the building. This is a pre-war building, so expect quirks and imperfections inherent to old houses. It is fitted with basic modern accommodations for comfortable living. There is no dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer in the apartment. Pets must be fully vaccinated and fully housebroken. There is a tenant downstairs, so manage your pet and be respectful to the people living below. Always pick up after your dog, both inside and outside the property, with a penalty of a minimum $200. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unsupervised. If you need to leave your dog indoors, please crate them and keep them in the bathroom to contain any barking that may disturb the other tenants. If your pet sheds excessively, please clean up to avoid an additional cleaning fee of $200.
