South Pinellas roughly contains the southern portion of Pinellas County. Among the many cities and communities included in this area are Seminole, Pinellas Park, Gandy, Bay Pines, Kenneth City, Lealman, South Pasadena, Gulfport, and Saint Petersburg.

While all of the cities and communities in this region have their own distinct sense of character, South Pinellas is generally welcoming with plenty of suburban neighborhoods filled with a variety of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent. South Pinellas is also easily accessible to some of the best beaches in the country, nestled alongside the Gulf of Mexico. Many of the communities in South Pinellas are just a short drive away from the vibrant amenities of Downtown Saint Petersburg, in addition to the many attractions of Greater Tampa Bay.
