The apartment also features smart locks, security systems, motion detectors, and smart thermostats for convenience and safety, as well as high-performance kitchen appliances including a sleek Samsung refrigerator and modern LG washer and dryers and premium stainless-steel cooking appliances from GE. An air mattress can be provided upon request. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and no pets over 50 lbs are allowed. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. The residence offers a secluded yet central position, ideal for attending significant business gatherings or cultural events in Austin's vibrant downtown area. The apartment is strategically located near Hwy 130 and Palmer Ln, providing effortless routes to Downtown Austin and the Domain. The location offers convenient access to various Austin destinations, a prime location near major business and entertainment hubs, quick commute times to downtown and popular shopping areas, proximity to the local airport and notable industrial facilities, a serene residential setting in northeast Austin/Manor, and a secure environment within a peaceful neighborhood. Ample on-site parking is complimentary. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Strictly observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is one security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/ fob / parking permit. $500 penalty if you’re locked out and will need us to send someone to assist you. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team, and this service will cost $150, which must be paid for by the guest. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00. At 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion.
