Electric is included in rent. As such, the tenant for this unit is responsible for taking all trash/recycling bins for the property to the road and back up to the property each week. Tenant will be charged a flat-rate fee of $75/month for water/sewer/trash/recycling and gas. Lawn care and snow removal is included in rent. Small pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). There is no parking provided at the property, but Golden Ave. has free street parking. Landlord does not guarantee parking.
