The huge open living and kitchen area makes for great socializing with your friends. Wake up and take your morning coffee on the deck outdoors, listening to the birds and reading or journaling to start your day. Enjoy the working gas fireplace and awesome kitchen. The building does not have private parking, but there is a garage at Washington Park and an inexpensive pay lot a 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available with one monthly garage pass for stays of 21 days or longer, located about a 3-5 minute walk away. Our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, is home to Cincinnati's best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries within walking distance. We're walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you're here for the baseball game, Great American Ballpark is just over a 1-mile walk, or you can hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away. We're also one of the country's largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. No open flames of any kind are permitted, including but not limited to candles, with the exception of the gas range appliance. The elevator has an emergency assistance button, and pressing it unnecessarily will result in a $2,000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am, and amplified music is strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Smoking or lighting anything in the property is prohibited, and violations will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Throwing unauthorized parties is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, and may result in prosecution. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, or deep cleaning.
