You'll be within walking distance to TQL Stadium, Washington Park, Music Hall, and venues for the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony. Great American Ballpark is just over a 1-mile walk or a short streetcar ride away. The free streetcar, a few blocks away, connects you to Rhinegeist brewery and the Riverfront. The elevator has an emergency assistance button; pressing it unnecessarily will result in a $2,000 fine. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may lead to prosecution for criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including candles and open flames (except for the gas range), is not permitted.
