The building does not have private parking, and the free parking spot behind the building is available on a first-come, first-served basis only for stays of 21 nights or more. No open flames, including candles, are permitted, except for the gas range appliance. The elevator has an emergency assistance button, and pressing it unnecessarily will result in a $2,000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8 AM, and amplified music is forbidden without prior consent. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations potentially resulting in reservation termination without refund.
