Cutting his teeth in superstar architect Richard Meier’s office, Juul-Hansen has spent the last two decades honing his own design ethos; one predicated on developing tailor-made schemes regardless of whether he’s outfitting a high-profile private residence or sprawling hospitality space. While one bedrooms range from $1.2 million to $2 million, depending on square footage, two bedrooms go for between $1.9 million and $3.3 million. Four distinct penthouses within the recently renovated 42nd floor include sprawling private terraces and roof decks. While two 1,000 square feet units in this category go for around $5 million, much larger 3,000 square-foot 4 bedrooms have sold for upwards of $13 million.
