Additional concierge services such as shopping or errands are available upon request. Situated in the Downtown SLC neighborhood, this apartment is across the street from the Delta Center and just 11 minutes from SLC International Airport. It's one block from Salt Palace Convention Center and less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City. Temple Square and City Creek Mall are less than five minutes away. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The minimum age requirement to book the apartment is 25 years. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee and lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. Unapproved parties incur a minimum fine of $1000, and unregistered overnight guests incur a $100 fine per person. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons at the discretion of apartment management. Do not contact the apartment complex management directly for any reason. The apartment features a luxury office desk and chair, providing a laptop-friendly workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi.
