The apartment features a light-filled living room with luxury design and a 65” flat-screen Roku TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for three, and a coffee station with organic coffee and tea. A beautiful bathroom with luxury toiletries and a full HE washer and dryer with laundry pods are also included. A free parking pass is provided for a nearby outdoor parking lot with one parking spot. Additional paid parking is available under the building with paid EV charging. Ski storage is available for a small fee. Early check-in is guaranteed by 1 pm and late check-out is at 12:30 pm for a $30 fee. Housekeeping services are available during your stay with various options depending on your needs. Concierge services for shopping, errands, and dry-cleaning drop-off are also available. Located in the SLC Downtown neighborhood, the apartment is across the street from the Delta Center and just 11 minutes from SLC International Airport. It is 1 block from the Salt Palace Convention Center and less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City. Temple Square and City Creek Mall are less than 5 minutes away. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children are welcome under adult supervision. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the apartment or on the property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and a lost parking pass is $250. Damage to linens or towels has a minimum fee of $30, and damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum cleaning charge. Entertaining up to 2 guests is allowed, but no parties are permitted, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be registered, with a $100 fine per unregistered person. Amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance, and no refunds or discounts are provided based on availability. Do not contact the apartment complex management directly for any reason. The apartment offers hi-speed Wi-Fi and common rooms with conference facilities for remote work-friendly options.
