With 3.5 baths and a two-car garage, convenience is key. Located near Germantown, Top Golf, and Nissan Stadium, you’re always close to the action. The professionally decorated apartment spans multiple levels, providing ample bedding for large groups and families. It features an amazing balcony for supreme leisure and downtown viewing. The kitchen boasts all new appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room is comfy and modern with a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for your entire group to spend time together during your stay. Dogs are welcome with a limit of two under 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog using the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended. If left alone, dogs need to be crated. Guests should use designated potty areas and ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise. This neighborhood is located a short distance from some of the hottest spots in East Nashville. If you are looking to get to know the real Nashville, and you want to do it in style, this is your place.
