The space is walkable to everything OTR has to offer, being only 2 blocks from the Main St Streetcar stop, making it easy to explore all that downtown has to offer. This space is a second-floor walk-up, requiring you to climb a flight of stairs to reach your destination. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm to 8am. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties may result in prosecution for criminal trespass under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking and lighting anything indoors is prohibited and may incur a $300 cleaning fee. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Deep cleaning fees may apply for excessive waste or disorder, and stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
