Paid washer & dryer are shared with other guests and located in a common area of the house, with a cost of $1.75 for the washer and $1.75 for the dryer. A dog is allowed in the unit with an extra cleaning fee, and certain breeds are accepted based on the size of the apartment and the dog. Cats are not accepted.
