Medium dogs (30-50lbs), $300/pet refundable deposit, $20/pet additional monthly rent. Large dogs (over 50lbs) $350/pet refundable deposit, $25/pet additional monthly rent. $40/adult non-refundable application fee. One-month's rent is required for security deposit.
