Building is across the street from the Intercoastal and it's just a short block to the Gulf beach! Updated galley kitchen with white appliances including newer countertop and white cabinets Large bedroom with tons of closet space Updated bath with tub and shower Tile flooring throughout Central air Water, sewer, trash, basic cable and pest control included On site coin laundry Sorry no pets One assigned off street parking space; street parking requires a city permit $75 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check. $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management.
