Amenities included: balconies, central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, washer dryer, and yard. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water dependant on length of lease. Please note there is plywood over the window on stairs and in the rock'n'roll room in precaution of snow. I am also most likey available to show the house. House is pet friendly with $500 nonrefundable cleaning deposit. Date Available: April 1st 2026. $11,000/month rent. $3,000 refundable security deposit required.
