Youseff is always prompt, professional and knowledgeable and he is very friendly. I appreciate him calling before entering as I am a woman who lives alone and that was a huge issue in my last complex. He always looks into anything I may ask while he’s here as well without it necessarily being what he came for. He’s awesome!

We love living here with the best team! Youssef, Mohamed and Randy are the best!!

I have lived here for two years now and can say the maintenance team is awesome!! They always are here in less than 24 hours of my submitted request and do an outstanding job. Yousef and Mohemed are both very professional, nice, and make sure if there is any issue it is fixed very quickly. 10/10

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place and the ownership could not be any worse. The fire alarms go off multiple times a week every week. In October the my went off and someone for some reason decided to spray the fire extinguishers all over doors and the hallway. They were completely covered. It took forever to get cleaned up and over 1 month later there is still soot from the extinguishers. The entire building smells like weed. Management uses any excuse to close the office early. Literally any excuse. I could count on 1 hand the amount of times they answer when you call and if I had a dollar for every time they emailed us saying they were closing early I’d be able to pay the rent they charge for this horrendous building. I would avoid falling for any rent concessions they may offer at any cost. This place is horrible.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable and the amenities are very nice. The staff is helpful and responsive. Special shoutout to Youssef for going above and beyond and helping with any and all maintenance requests I have had for the past few years. He is very friendly and takes care of business quickly and efficiently.

Latisse was a warm welcoming breath of fresh air! During my tour she went above and beyond to show me multiple units and explain all the amenities that the property offered! It was very easy to imagine this place being my new home! Great job Latisse! The property itself was an easy sell, it was absolutely breathtaking! We are so sold on this apartment thanks to the great tour given by Kaliyah in the leasing office! The amenities and floor plans were simply mind blowing. Can’t wait to move in!

I have lived at 1105 For almost a year now. Office staff, and maintenance staff have been wonderful. I love all the events they hold from cupcake decorating wine down pool parties and it’s amazing to be able to walk right to the movie theater from your home. Lots of good restaurants shopping. Everything is very convenient. You have the grocery store you have Marshalls you have amazing restaurants movie theaters Banks right down the street gyms. Great place to live

While I genuinely love this complex as a whole, it deserves 5 stars just from the maintenance team alone. After living in numerous apartment complexes, I’d come to terms with the fact that it was just a universal experience for maintenance requests to go unresolved for seemingly longer than necessary. After living here for 6 months, my previous assumption has been completely thrown out the window. Every single maintenance request I’ve submitted is attended to by Jospeh and/or Kamen within AT MOST 24 hours - almost always less. They’re extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. I really don’t think they’ve ever taken more than 5-10 minutes to fix anything. I always feel very safe here, the front desk staff are super friendly, it’s extremely walkable (with sidewalks) to almost everything you need, and there’s even a little dog trail around the back of the building. Also, an honorable mention to the cleaning team; it always smells great and is spotless in the common areas, and Ellis - the free coffee robot machine right downstairs that provides me with a shot of espresso and a vanilla latte every morning. The courtyard and water fountain, two pools, and dry cleaning service aren’t too shabby either. The only even slight con, is that the units themselves could use some small updates, but that’s just in comparison to the rest of the complex because it’s legitimately stunning.

I am a current resident, I have lived here for about 4-5 months now. There are definitely some pros and cons of living here. Pros would be the location is convenient with restaurants and Publix near by. In addition the walls are thick we rarely hear neighbors or noises. Cons of the apartment are although our apartment is one of the units updated some appliances are still old (washer, dryer). We constantly have maintenance issues every week included AC not cooling properly, washer leaking, dryer not starting, outlets not working, blinds breaking, shower leaking, toilet leaking, and more. We love the maintenance staff and they do respond to issues quickly but it’s a little frustrating to constantly have problems in the apartment :(. Last con I would say is for the first month or two there were constant issues with the fire alarms and there was a time where the fire alarm went off for days in a row at the worst times (late at night, early in the morning). Barely any explanation was given to residents and nothing was done to show their apologies besides one email. Overall, beautiful area and apartment but for the price you would expect a better upkeep.

I am impressed with the efficient way maintenance service requests are handled. Thanks to Mohamed, Youssef and Erik for the timely and thorough work done to get my AC and lighting fixed!

Place has been a financial nightmare since day 1. They owe me my deposit and 10 days of rent. Haven’t resolved anything in 3 months. Management is unprofessional and unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere. Place is a money pit.

Taren gave us a great tour, the facility was beautiful and definitely at the top of our list. The property amenities can’t be beat and feature secluded views despite being so close to the shops. Thanks again to Taren, she was wonderful!

Safe and comfortable, with modern finishes, and convenient as you have so much to walk to in your day to day living. Also, upscale amenities with an awesome maintenance staff. Chris and Larry always are one step ahead with knowing what is going on in the building and are very helpful and responsive when tending to your apartment needs.

Wanted to say how happy I am living at 1105, Larry from maintenance has completed blown me away from not only completing work orders same day but how much he cares about the property. I love the cleanliness of the building and how convenient it is to everything need.

From the amenities to the great staff I love this place. Walking distance to everything you need and I mean convenient. Special mention Larry from maintenance is exceptional, he goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Chris and Larry keep this place going strong! I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where maintenance is as responsive as these two. They’re fast and deliver in quality fixes when an issue comes up with your apartment, and they’ll be sure to go out of their way to make sure that you’re no longer having any issues. Very respectful team overall and I’m happy to give them 5 stars.

Property is very well run. The maintenance manager Larry lives on site, and he's the best at what he does. I had trouble with my shower one night, so I called him after hours. Even though he was dead asleep when I called, he still woke up to answer the phone. He came right over to fix my shower and still managed to have the biggest smile ever on his face. I've lived at seven apartment complexes over the years, and this one is by far the best!

My wife and I moved here with out children and have been here for about 6 months so far. The staff is amazing and the environment is clean. The staff from the property manager to the technicians are very welcoming and hardworking. My wife and I had some miscommunication during move-in but the staff were very polite, welcoming and understanding and within moments everything was resolved. Darian has played a very big role in communicating with us when it comes to packages being delivered and returning phone calls within minutes after calling. The locker room package area has been a little annoying. I've had many packages lost and unable to be found due people not picking up their packages on time and then the locker room gets pilled up. However Darian is an awesome individual and he started working on resolving this issue very soon and that is why I didnt take of a star because I know an awesome team is behind this. 1105 has always been an incredible place for me to live and it’s even getting better. The new property manager has made an immediate impact! Qua has immediately come in as the property manager and restored any possible doubt I could’ve in 1105. I’ve had multiple interactions with him, you can tell he’s making it a point of emphasis to let residents know he’s available for any concerns. He’s already thrown a community event to help build up morale here at 1105. A lot of fellow residents that I simply passed by in the hallways now feel like neighbors. This was established with the community event. I’ve seen numerous construction workers around the unit to make sure this place stays a great place to live. Garbage cans have been implemented in garage areas which also has helped with the cleanliness of the unit. (Seems like something things that I’ve just recently noticed since Qua took over) 1105 Town Brookhaven feels safe and valued. The new leasing agents have also been more than helpful the two times I had concerns about things. This once again feels like the 1105 that I decided to live out over a year ago. ?Overall, I’m happy about where I live.

In the last year I moved to the Brookhaven area, not only looking for a place to live but specifically a safe place that I can call home for now. I chose 1105 Town Brookhaven and i’ve yet to be disappointed. I have a small dog that sometimes needs to use the restroom at night, I feel safe walking my dog to the dog park which is conveniently on the main floor of the apartment. The pool area is usually relaxing and quiet. One of the things that stands about 1105 is how clean my the hallways typically smells, especially after weekends! The cleaning crew clearly works hard to give this apartment a “hotel like feel in the hallways”. The gym is also kept as good as I’ve seen for an apartment complex. Pretty much all the equipment is usable and doesn’t feel old. The maintenance crew has been more than helpful EVERY time a request is submitted. Larry & Chris work diligently to not only make sure a problem is solved but making sure the issue never happens again. The mail room mostly allows me to collect packages in a timely fashion. The staff seems to be working at its best right now, it doesn’t feel like I’m annoying someone when I ask for assistance in the leasing office. The property manager clearly takes this position seriously, I’ve gotten numerous emails from him about different things that help keep 1105 an exclusive place to live. The location has numerous restaurants around it, which is super convenient. There’s also a Publix that’s walking distance for grocery needs.

Davian gave my sister and I a tour of the apartments, his energy and personality was very inviting and overall made me feel welcome. Can’t wait to move in.

I moved in around 6 months ago and have loved living here. The location is great, the property is very nice, and the leasing team is wonderful. The leasing agents, Evelyn and Darian are a total "dream team." They go above and beyond and do their best to solve any concern, no matter how small. Qua, the property manager, is new to the property but has been nice to get to know and seems to have a lot of great things in store for us.

I’m not sure where to begin! I recently moved to Atlanta from NYC and my experience at 1105 has been excellent. Evelyn, the leasing agent, was extremely helpful from the first time we met on a property tour to the day I moved in and is still available if needed. The other leasing agent, Darian, was also very helpful and professional during the times I visited the leasing office. Next, Qua the property manager is doing a great job not only maintaining the high standard of 1105 but making improvements to take the building to the next level. More importantly, my experience with Chris and Larry the facility service managers has been nothing short of amazing every time I’ve interacted with them. I believe 1105 has a 24-48 hour SLA but Chris and Larry often complete my requests the same day! Note: my requests have been very minor (light bulbs needed to be replaced, fix the disposal, etc..)no real big issues! Overall I am really happy with my decision to move to 1105. I feel very safe here and appreciate the close proximity to all of the services north Atlanta has to offer!

I have been residing in 1105 for 4 years now. Our experience over the last 6 months has flat out not been good and continues to get worse. Currently we are experiencing weed smokers in multiple units by us. The hallway regularly smells like weed and now the smell is coming through the vents into our own apartment.. we legit feel we are living in what smells like stale weed. I reached out about the issue through an email (4 days no response) called the leasing office (no response) called STYL corporate (response.. finally) Multiple residents have had odor issues and there is a lack of follow up on the matter. Reached out to 1105 to see what support we could get and they said it could be months to resolve. After being a resident for 4 years we will be moving out due to the lack of customer service and disappointment in their ability to provide high end living at the high end rent they require. PS. On the positive side we always get our maintenance requests fixed quickly and our unit is beautiful inside.. you just have to hold your nose

I had an issue with false information reporting on my rental history and she went above and beyond to help correct the information so that I could move into my new home. I love my apartment and the area.

I have enjoyed my stay at 1105. We only moved because we bought a house but the location is great & Qua is the best. Very attentive & always willing to help. Not only is the location extremely convenient, but the amenities and community are first-rate. All of the staff (Emilie, Qua, Jennie, Kephi, Larry, and Oleg) are courteous and helpful, and make living here a pleasure.

I lived at 1105 for 5 years with a few different employees in our office over that stretch. By far the team I most loved having there were Quay and Emilie! It was like a family as far as the relationships they had with the community at 1105! They were easy to communicate with and always had my best interest in mind. So refreshing to love someone her that the team takes such exceptional care of you!!

I have been a resident at 1105 Town Brookhaven for a little over a year in both a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartment and I could not have asked for a better place to live. Great amenities, conveniently located, and a staff more than happy to help! I would also personally recommend Qua Reid for any leasing needs, he handled both of my leases and always made the process a breeze.

Other than the property being absolutely beautiful and in an extremely convenient spot, the service and guidance I received from Qua was outstanding and very professional. He makes a great asset to their sales team!
