The unit comes with dishes, cups, saucers, mugs, glasses, eating utensils, pots, pans, small kitchen appliances, linens, towels, a starter kit of sanitary items and cable TV in the living room. A clothes washer and dryer are located on the floor. Only personal items and food need to be brought. Condominium amenities include a beautiful common area lounge, pool table, ping pong table, heated swimming pool and under building reserved car park.
