The condo which is conveniently located near restaurants, daytime highlights, nighttime activities and a fully stocked supermarket all within easy walking distance. The Suncoast Beach Trolly stops in front of the condo and across the road on Gulf Blvd, and runs from Pass-a-Grille to the south to Clearwater to the north where it connects to the Jolly Trolly that goes all the way to Tarpon Springs. The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is in the community of Indian Shores a bit over five miles to the north on Gulf Blvd. Several county parks which are maintained in a natural "old Florida" state and are great for picnics, hiking or walking and enjoying the great outdoors, are nearby. Alligators, turtles, birds and other animals in their natural habitat can usually be seen from the boardwalks at Saw Grass Park. The Treasure Island Causeway/107th Ave/Central Ave will take you directly to downtown St Petersburg, The Pier, the Dali Museum, & Vinoy Park .
