The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 110 Washington
Moved in expecting a guaranteed parking spot per lease, but it doesn't exist. Offered waitlist, but no real solution yet. Disappointing lack of transparency and proactive action from management. Also challenging to contact them via email or phone. Hope for swift resolution.
Apartment is nice and very updated and modern. The appliances are not great. Never heard of any of the brand names of the appliances and the refrigerator is so small for the price you pay for rent. Common spaces are clean. Management and the property manager are terrible. Poor communication and does not return emails or phone calls about your concerns. Management changed the EV charging policy without notice and it doesn’t reflect what’s in the handbook.
Feels like I’m on vacation everyday . The leasing staff is awesome too.,. Only thing missing is a pool
