The large and airy dining room can comfortably seat 16 people and is equipped with 2 high chairs. Amenities include a large flatscreen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, heating, an indoor fireplace, a patio, a BBQ grill, a playground, and a fully equipped laundry room. Cribs are available upon request. Suffern, NY, is a beautiful scenic neighborhood rich in history and the gateway to the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area. Take a drive around to see famous landmarks, such as Suffern’s Tavern and Lafayette Theatre. There are also many charming family-owned shops and restaurants in town, serving up all kinds of delicious cuisine. The great outdoors is available for your enjoyment in Suffern, with an incredible network of hiking trails in Harriman State Park and Bear Mountain State Park. Nature-lovers will also enjoy beautiful lakes, rivers, and ponds that Suffern boasts. Golf courses and equestrian centers are abundant in the surrounding areas. You can also hop over to Torne Valley Vineyards for wine tasting. Bear Mountain and several other ski resorts are all within a short drive. With NYC just an hour away, you'll have the best of both worlds here in Suffern. Local attractions include Lafayette Theater, Spook Rock Golf Course, The Best Diner, Rhino Comedy, Kakiat Park, Torne Valley Vineyard, Abma's Farm Market, Greenhouses, and Petting Zoo, New Jersey Botanical Gardens, and Bear Mountain State Park. This house is set up for extended family groups and is not suitable for rowdy parties. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage. No loud noise is allowed from 9pm-9am. There will be a fine of $500 if the smoking rule was not followed. All outdoor amenities are only available around May 15 through September 1. Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly, Monday and Thursday. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. An unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur a $300 penalty fee.
