All adult applicants (18 years and older) are subject to a criminal background screening conducted in compliance with Washington State law. Deposits & Fees A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required prior to move-in. A non-refundable application fee of $45 per adult applicant is due upon completion of the rental application or submission of a screening report through the TurboTenant website. If applicable, a refundable pet deposit of $400 per pet is required, along with pet rent of $25 per month per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
