The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
