Very quiet, sometimes too quiet
This place is ok, neighborhood is very quiet, not many kids to play with AT ALL , so when my young son and I had friends over there were a few complaints DURING THE DAY about him playing too loud. Not so KID FRIENDLY, AS STATED PREVIOUSLY when I actually asked. Rugs were not new, walls were not painted and there were exposed pipes in the ceiling which made me nervous. Was asked to leave, I think I asked for too many things to be fixed, which never got done, like leaking fridge, oven didnt really work right. Glad I'm a homeowner now.
