The house is situated at the back of a big lot so it is away from the street noise. The big finished attic is a nice storage area with a heater (It is NOT a bedroom.) There is a small outdoor space for a table and/or barbecue. The house is near the corner of Griffith and Sherman. Close to Fisk/River View Parks and 3 blocks to New York bus and an easy walk to Light Rail. The house is too small for a 4-person family so please don't contact me if your party has 4 people.
